going to be what differentiates you from your competition I think this industry
and maybe I yeah what you're selling is your face then maybe you like the way
that I think people are going to one very few people to keep your business

it's not like they're gonna go home and going this and say
well I met with four agents today here's a story without a photo and here's one
maybe when you're at a conference can you remember people easier but most
people are going to keep these they're going to use no its device after the
cell phone to take somebody's contact info put it in and now they have it
forever so I just don't think it doesn't get there are so many people in this
industry that what people are trying to do is try to think of a way to
differentiate themselves from

is going to differentiate the fact that you look different than everybody else
so you're trying to explain that difference which is your phone out I
think if you have built a brand or around your appearance so there's a guy

with me and my big beard and everything is branded that way so for him I think
it makes sense so different you that's one of these differentiators I i mean
they've got a good team and differentiation
yeah you can do it so we specialize specialize in divorce you know maybe at
some divisions leasing commercial real estate you can differentiate yourself
that your area
GRI does nations that fits your business model I think another differentiator is
having the proven systems that work and get the job done with your clients so if
you're listening lot of properties having you know systems for marketing
systems for follow-up system you know all these different things so that when
you sit down with a client they're gonna remember you because they met with three
other agents and that you were the only
have proven systems on how to sell their house they're not going to say well he
had a really nice photo on his business card so I think both of us our country

was ripping all the agents that have the photo on the business card and on the

kindergarten type stuff for professionals and I like a professional
I mean I just so I don't see the value in it if you want to I'm not sure when
you first got into the business sometime ago you were going to work but you're
sure that's still true today
know nobody's gonna work you know you have home crafts
now you're differentiate are not only the best but you know it is it's the
systems is everything that this has become this is so antiquated the
business card model today is having a business page on Facebook where people
are going to see you 7 days a week at having a gallery on instrument people in
a co2 time today time seven days a week being out in front of them on LinkedIn
being in trying their Pinterest
everywhere that they go because the people that you're trying to reach are
gonna spend time on one of these platforms so if you're on all of them
you are a living business card every single day just like a newspaper out
they never sold any homes historically but what do they do for agents they
branded them in a way where it's a Sunday morning or Friday morning
business card for the agent
ok past the business card design on the side of your face a little sign
here's the thing somebody going to say I'm interest in a property because that
based on the side
what my issue comes back to credit ok now if you're going to change your
picture two or three years

picture is on your business card on your son just don't know the difference I
think that somebody just told you it's the right thing to do
differentiate yourself it's not the right thing to do it's not what could be
somebody else or brokerage companies out here actually recommended demand that
you put your picture on your business card what would he do that I don't think
it's going to help you think like you said education systems finds things that
are actually different from your competition that buyers and sellers care
about getting the business card and undersigned you're telling the world
